What is The Riders Retreat?
The Riders Retreat is not just another clinic. It’s a full day, all inclusive equestrian wellness event designed to help you reconnect with your horse, your riding, and a community of like minded riders who value growth, wellness, and genuine connection.
Led by Olympian Jock Paget, rider biomechanics expert Natasha Campbell, and dressage rider Lilly Ballard, who has trained under Lottie Fry, this retreat is thoughtfully curated by Dana and Nicole - a professional event manager. Together, they’ve created a day that blends expert coaching, movement, and connection in a supportive, relaxed environment.
This is more than just a clinic, it’s a space for growth, wellness, and coming back to centre, both in and out of the saddle.

How the day will run
To ensure every rider gets the most out of the day, spaces are strictly limited to 20 riders.
The day will begin with riders arriving, settling in, and joining us for a welcome breakfast. A relaxed start with coffee, matcha, chia pots, fruit, pastries, and time to connect. Riders will receive their gift bags and we’ll kick off with a short introduction to set the tone for the day.
Riders will then be split into four small groups of five, based on experience level. This allows for more focused attention and tailored coaching throughout the day.
Each group will then break off into their first ridden session, rotating between the two core sessions:
Flatwork Fundamentals with Lilly Ballard
Strength & Conditioning with Jock Paget
After the morning sessions, we’ll come together for a full group off horse Pilates class led by Natasha Campbell, specialising in rider biomechanics, mobility, and strength.
Then it’s time for lunch and an opportunity to rest, reflect, and connect with fellow riders before the afternoon sessions begin.
In the afternoon, each group will rotate again to complete their second ridden session.
Each session will run for 1 hour, with a clear lesson plan and learning outcomes, allowing every rider to build confidence and take home practical tools they can continue using beyond the day.
You’ll be guided by high level professionals who are there not just to teach, but to support, encourage, and offer insight every step of the way in and out of the arena.
