Dressage & Obstacles to Music- Intro to Working Equitation
Sunday 21 December, from 8.45am/ 10.30am to 3.30pm
Group One: Dressage: 8.45am-10.30am then hose Lunch: 11-1.30pm (watch group 2) Obstacles: 1.30-3.30pm for PCA Riders
1.45hr group lesson plus ride Dressage Test with Judge Feedback Lunch break (BYO- or we can provide for an extra $25- Meditteranean wrap or plate) 2hr session Learning Obstacles plus ride full course with Judge Feedback All to fabulous music for $150 (or $175 inc. lunch)
Group Two: Dressage: 10.30am- 12.15pm Lunch: 12.30-1.30pm Obstacles: 1.30-3.30pm for Open/ EA Riders
Quailifed and Accredited Coaches and Judges.
Venue: Yara Balba Stables (Float Parking Entry-follow signs past arena) 102 Midway Road Mandalong NSW 2264 Located 5 minutes easy access from the M1 Freeway at Morisset Interchange (60 minutes from Sydney), (40 Minutes from Newcastle). Wash Bay available, plenty of shade available, sprinkler systems in both arenas.
AS part of the Clininc you will be riding a Working Equitation Dressage Test, please select One test from the three suggested here:
Intoductory Test 1.1 (Walk and Trot only)
Preparatory Test 2.1 (Walk Trot Canter- includes small leg yield)
Preliminary Test 3.1 (Walk Trot Canter, Leg Yield, Lengthen Trot) (Uploaded here)
We can call the test for you or memorise it.
The Event Judge will complete your test results and provide you with feedback on how you can improve your scores
The Dressage Test is part of the morning session where you learn the test in detail then ride it.
Note that WEQ Dressage Tests are ridden in a 20m x 40m arena size only
