PCA 2024 Gear & Saddlery rules
Horse Health Declarations MUST be handed in on arrival
Limit canteen will be in operation for the weekend
We are a very small Club every rider/club needs to provided a helper
ALL PROTESTS TO BE IN WRITING AND HANDED TO THE PRESIDENT WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF COMPLETION OF THE EVENT AND TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY A $50 FEE. This fee will be refunded if the protest is upheld.
THE ORGANISING COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:
- Cancel any class or event
- Combine or divide any class
- Alter the advertised time
- Refuse any entry with or without stating a reason
- Transfer competitors between sections of a class

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- This will be a qualifier for the State Jumping Equitation Championships 2024
- Riders can only compete in one equitation high per horse
- Two Horse Rule: Riders may enter two competitive horses in the same or different height.
- Performance cards: required for all riders in classes 1-9 to handed in before commence of event filled in &dated
- Ribbons to 5th place for individual classes
- Ribbons to 5th place for overall placings
- Riders must wear full pony club uniform
- Qualifying Results: Riders to check result sheet has been marked with Q if they have met the qualifying criteria, before leaving the grounds

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- This will be a qualifier for the State Show jumping Championships 202
- Two horse rules: A competitor may ride two horses in the same or different height classes. Each horse will be eligible to be placed in each class and for overall awards
- Performance Cards: required for All RIDERS in classes 1-9 inclusive. Cards are to be handed to the organising committee before the commencement of the event filled in & dated
- Ribbons to 5th place for individual classes
- Ribbons to 5th place for overall placings
- Riders must wear full pony club uniform
- Where classes start the same height e.g., 70cm 12 & under and 13 & under 26yrs, they may be run together as one class but judged separate as per group
- Where insufficient entries are received in a particular class, classes may be combined as per rules for Combined Classes and Competition Results in rule book.
- Qualifying results: riders to check result sheet has been marked with Q if they have met qualifying criteria, before leaving the grounds.
