Instructors for dressage and obstacles 

Instructors:- Olivia Palfreyman: Abigail Croyston, Ginny Stubbs, and Anna-Charlotte Kennedy instructing Preliminary level and above and Courtney Warwick will be demonstrating massage PEMFand horse presentation

Please arrive at 7.30am to assist with setting up the obstacles

Each rider will have the oportunity to receive training by each instructor 

Have your horses tacked and in the riding area (unmounted) by 8.45am for the pre-ride briefing.

Start time 9am.

At the conclusion of the day please stay and assist with the packing up of the equipment.

Canteen: There are no canteen facilities available so you will need to bring all food and drink required for the day.

 

EA – 5-LEVEL RATING SCALE, WITH DEFINITIONS FOR HORSE HANDLING & RIDING CAPABILITIES.

  1. Beginner: needs supervision at all times when riding or handling a low-risk horse. 
  2. Novice: able to ride out of an arena or yard independently and do low-level competition. 
  3. Intermediate: confident to ride a variety of horses, basic training of a young horse with some supervision, and compete.
  4. Advanced: able to confidently ride and handle a variety of horses, able to ride a green-broke-young horse, and compete at moderate to higher level of competition.
  5. Proficient: able to do all advanced rider skills, competently train others, and compete consistently in high level competition.  This category includes riders who have professional skills, earn an income or compete at the highest level of accomplishment within their equestrian interest.

Refunds:  (as of meeting minutes 4 March 2026)

  • For scratchings before the closing date, 100% refund providing your position was filled from the waiting list.  50% refund if your position was not able to be filled from the waiting list in any level.

  • After closing date & by 8pm the day before the event with vet/doctor original or clear copy of certificate is  acceptable (as appropriate), the certificate must cover the event date(s), full refund less $10 admin & Nominate fee, taking into consideration whether  your position can be filled from the waiting list in your level.

  • After the closing date & by 8pm the day before the event due to other unavoidable reasons, refunds MAY be given at the discretion of the Executive Committee less $10 admin & Nominate fee, taking into consideration whether  your position can be filled from the waiting list in your level.

  • For all scratching’s , please email  [email protected]  as early as possible and at latest by 8pm the day before the event.

  • Event Cancellation:  If cancelled due to weather, entry fees will be refunded, less $10 admin fee.  Notification will be on Facebook and an email will be sent to all entrants via Nominate.

  • All refunds will be processed within 14 days from the final day of the competition.

OTHER INFORMATION

The gate to property must be closed at all times.

Please park in the designated area only.

Riders must only ride in the enclosed area. 

HORSES: Please bring all food for your horse;  No riding horses in the car park;  Due to tank water, please bucket wash your horse (please do not hose your horse);  Please keep horses off the transpiration area;  Tank water available for drinking water;  Please spread manure in the car/float parking area

 

STRICTLY NO DOGS TO BE BOUGHT ON TO PROPERTY.

There will be tea and coffee making facilities.
