Please note initial entries are treated as applications and all entries will be placed on a waitlist.

Applications will be assessed and notification of camp acceptances will be sent out by 31/8/2026 along with an invoice for payment.

Incomplete applications (without perfomance cards and working with children checks) will not progress through to acceptance.

Payment of invoice will be required within 7 days acceptance will be revoked and the position may be offered to another rider.
