Training day September 18 2025 commencing 8:30am - to 11.30am. 

Saturday Sausage sizzle 12:00pm $2.00 per Sausage. 

HOTY Competition will commence Saturday afternoon with all Dressage, Introductory EOH 1 and Preparatory EOH.

Commencing at 12.00pm

Snacks and drinks ( BYO drinks)  Saturday 4:30

Sunday 29th Introductory EOH 2,  EOH other levels and Speed. Commencing 8:00am. 

Entries close 13th October 2025.    

Hawthorne Park, Minden Street South Grafton. 

This is a event is to be run in accordance with ANWEL rule book 2024.  

Training Day Saturday  Commencement time is 8.30 am .    Group Sessions ridden or lead  on the obstacle course  9:00 - 11:30.  During this session the course will be open to train on obstacles in small groups of similar level. 

After the group session, you will have free time on  Ease of Handling Course.

All Dressage and EOH competition will run Saturday afternoon depending on number of entires.  Speed will run on Sunday.

Lunch time sausage sizzle - $2.00 per sausage, a chance to meet new members and catch up over a snag. Vegetarian options available. 

11:00 Set up for Comp Day Ease of Handling and Speed. Many hands make light work - your assistance would be appreciated. 

Course walk EOH. 11:30 other levels 7:30 Sunday. 

The competition requires a minimum of 8 riders to be viable. If the event does not proceed competition entrants will receive a full refund. 

Competitors are encouraged to be familiar with  the rule book which is available on the ANWE website www.anwe.org.au . The rule book details  performance criteria to assist you in a competition environment and at your level or riding. 

Entries close 13th October 2025  5pm.
