Dressage Summer Series Training Days
Come and ride your dressage tests in friendly, encouraging atmosphere.
Saturday February 3rd , March 9th and 23rd 7.00am start
Parkerville Equestrian Centre, Seaborne Street Parkerville.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND INFORMATION:
START TIME 7.00am, rings may run before draw time, they may also start earlier if the weather forecast is for hot weather.
Entries Close on 25/1/24 for full series
Please note: You may only enter and compete in two consecutive levels E.g.Preparatory/Preliminary, Preliminary/Novice, Novice/Elementary Elementary/Medium, Medium/Advanced and each horse may enter and compete in no more than 2 tests in one day.
COSTS:
- $35 for the first test, $10 discount for second test on the same horse
- $150 Complete Summer Series (booked by 25/1/24)
- if you are selecting the series, select the series entry and then select your tests from the drop down selection boxe
- $30 Helper Fee (this fee is compulsory for those who do not wish to do a helper duty) Note: Not available to ZARC member
- $5 Ground Service Fee

3rd February: Prep 1&2, Prelim 1.1 and 1.2, Novice 2.1 & 2.2, Elem 3.1 & 3.2, Med 4.1 & 4.2
9th March: Prep 2&3, Prelim 1.2 & 1.3, Novice 2.2 & 2.3, Elem 3.2 & 3.3, Med 4.2 & 4.3
23rd March: Prep 1&3, Prelim 1.1 &1.3, Novice 2.1 & 2.3, Elem 3.1 & 3.3 Med 4.1 & 4.3
The draw will be available on the Thursday prior to the event and will be emailed to entrants.
At all events ribbons will be awarded to 6th Place.
To celebrate Zamia's 50th Birthday, Series rugs will be awarded at the end of the event on 23/3/2024 as well as prizes for completing the series at our gala lunch - all welcome.
The Zamia Adult Riding Club and its committee, judges, helpers etc, will not be liable in any way for loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders or spectators. Entry is at your own risk.
IFYOU ARE NOT A MEMBER OF ZARC, OR EWA, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE COMPETITION MEMBERSHIP FORM AND PAY THE ADDITIONAL FEE.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel, alter and delete the programme and also to refuse entry to tests. No refund will be given under any circumstances. Remember the Judges’ decision is final. We are all here to have a good time and enjoy the day.
All riders MUST wear approved safety helmets at all times. Please familiarise yourself with the EA and ARCA dressage rules prior to attending.
There will be a minimal canteen available.
NO DOGS ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS AT ANY TIME.
YOU MAY BOOK TO USE A STABLE OR YARD, THERE IS A $50 DEPOSIT WHICH WILL BE RETURNED ONCE INSPECTED BY A ZAMIA MEMBER – PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU CLEAN ALL HAY AND MANURE TO THE MANURE PIT.
