Members of ANWE Obstacle Open Day - 1 hour time slot $25 per hour
Non-members of ANWE Come & Try - 1 hour time slot $40
Non-members of BADWE add $20 day membership
Camping $15 & Stables $15
Council Cleaning fee $15
All camping, stables & fees must be paid for with your entry

Note - To attend the Come & Try clinic, riders do NOT need to be a member of ANWE.
To enter the Obstacle Open Day riders must be members of BADWE or another WE club AND ANWE
Day membership to BADWE must be added to your entry by ALL non-members and will be refunded if you decide to take up full membership
All required at set up before riding.
BADWE membership for 2026/27 is available on Nominate
ANWE Levy number also available on Nominate.
Minimum age 4 years (responsible adult must be present)
Stables $15 & camping $15 - book and pay with your entry.
All competitors at all BADWE competitions, events and training days must wear an approved safety helmet described in the ANWE Rule Book.
Helmets can be tagged at BADWE events.
Equestrian Australian / Australian National Working Equitation / Horse Sports Australia do not endorse the use of soft hats and regulated/certified helmets are required to be worn to meet Australian health and safety standards.
All riders under the age of 18 must wear a certified safety riding helmet.
“Neither the Organising Committee nor Horsesports Australia nor Equestrian Australia nor Australian National Working Equitation accepts any liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, ground, spectators or anyvother person or property whatsoever.”
The Organisers reserve the right: To cancel any class or event; To divide any class; To transfer competitors between sections of a class; To alter the advertised times; To refuse any entry with or without stating the reason.
Refunds are available until closing date. Following this, a vet / doctor certificate is required for a partial refund.
