Entries for the rally close Friday 10th July 2026

Please note closing date is now a few days later than usual, and any entry after this date will incur a $10 late fee. Late entries must be approved by Kathryn or Bec.

Gear Check for 9:30am, first lesson commence 10:00am

Refunds

If a rider is no longer able to attend prior to close of entries, we ask you please scratch yourself via Nominate. A refund will be processed automatically.

If a rider is no longer able to attend after close of entries, a refund may be provided if a medical or vet certificate can be provided. Please contact Bec Millar as DC, Kathryn Masters as Chief Coach or Lisa O'Rourke as Secretary.

Important reminders for everyone...
Please:
- be on time to gear check and lessons
- remember to clean your yards, pickup hay etc
- tailgate on your float must be up
- check the jobs list for your allocated task
- please bring fruit for fruit break
- generally just help out if you can see something that needs to be done
