We are excited to welcome Lorelei Payne from Lorelei Payne Performance Training to Boondarn Park for a "Judge's Eye View" Ranch clinic. This clinic is suitable for everyone from riders new to this discipline through to experienced Ranch Riders who want to know what the judges are looking for at Ranch Shows.
This clinic is open to Logan Equestrian and Quarter Horse Club Inc members who have ATHRA membership (i.e. Platinum, Silver Plus and Silver Members).
Fees
* $165.00 per rider plus $10 Grounds Fee
* $50.00 Fencesitters
Tickets include morning and afternoon tea, hot and cold drinks. Please bring your own lunch.
Tickets
There are ten rider tickets and unlimited fencesitter tickets available for this clinic. When all rider tickets are sold, there is a choice to be added to the Waitlist. Full payment of the clinic fee is needed to gain a place on the Waitlist.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking up to and including 07/05/2026, a rider on the Waitlist will be offered your ticket. If your ticket is purchased by a rider on the Waitlist, you will receive a refund.
If you need to cancel your booking from 08/05/2026 to 16/05/2026, contact the Ranch Committee at [email protected]. Your payment may be refunded if the Committee is able to find a rider willing to purchase your ticket.
Riders on the Waitlist who do not secure a place in the clinic will be given a refund of their payment.
Format
- Riders will be split into two groups Group A and Group B.
- Group A will ride from 8.00 am to 10 am and 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm.
- Group B will ride from 10.00 am to 12 noon and 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
General Information
- All participants, including fence sitters, must sign the register on arrival.
- Please pick up your horse’s manure and place it in the manure pile at the end of the yards.
- Yards and wash bays are available on the grounds.
- If you intend to bring a stallion and require a yard, please contact the Ranch Committee prior to the event.
Safety
- All riders 18 years and under must wear a helmet whilst seated on a horse. Helmets are strongly encouraged for all riders.
- No dogs are allowed on the grounds during events.
- In accordance with the ATHRA Code of Conduct, stallions must be clearly identified with a blue ribbon on their headgear and tail so they are easily recognised from both front and rear.
- ATHRA recommends that horses that are likely to kick are identified by a red ribbon in their tail
