🌼 August RALLY DAY
Our August Rally Day is designed for all members — riders preparing for competition and those simply wanting an enjoyable, confidence‑building day with their horses. Whether you’re riding, working in‑hand, or focusing on groundwork, you’re warmly welcome.
Members working in‑hand may use any obstacle not currently in use by a mounted group.
👕 Club uniform encouraged (but not compulsory)
🕢 Arrival & Morning Schedule
- 7.30am – Arrive, yard horses & prepare
- 8.00am – Central briefing, sign‑in & set‑up assistance
- 9.00am – Activities begin (please warm up beforehand)
- 9.00am–11.30am – Morning session, including obstacle info from the ANWE Rule Book
- 12.00pm – Pack away selected obstacles before lunch
Those that wish to stay and ride after lunch are welcome and if numbers permit we may be able to leave a few obstacles out
🛠️ After lunch, members who can stay and help with set‑up are very welcome.
🚗 YARDS & PARKING
Yards and parking are first‑come, first‑served.
➡️ Enter via Irwin Road and follow directions.
🚘 Park as close as practical to the vehicle beside you to maximise space.

💩 Please pick up all manure and place it in the designated poo pile at the Boondarn Court end of the yards.

Event Refund & Withdrawal Policy
1. General Principle Once an entry has been submitted and accepted, no refunds will be issued unless the competitor provides either:
- a veterinary certificate (for horse-related withdrawals), or
- a medical certificate (for rider-related withdrawals).
Certificates must clearly state that the horse or rider is unfit to compete on the scheduled event date.
2. Submission Requirements
- Certificates must be supplied within 7 days of the event date unless otherwise stated in the event schedule.
- Documentation must be issued by a qualified and recognised professional (e.g., registered veterinarian, GP, physiotherapist, or specialist).
3. Special Circumstances The Management Committee may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances not covered by the above criteria. Examples may include:
- Significant personal emergencies
- Natural disasters or major incidents
- Errors attributable to the organising body
All requests for special consideration must be submitted in writing to the Secretary and will be assessed on a case‑by‑case basis. The Committee’s decision is final.
4. Non‑Refundable Items Unless approved under special circumstances, the following remain non‑refundable:
- Entry fees
- Ground fees
- Camping or stabling fees
- Administration charges
5. Event Cancellation If the event is cancelled by the club, refunds or credits will be issued in accordance with the club’s Event Cancellation Policy.
