OBSTACLES AND DRESSAGE PROTOCOL
Location: Tall Timbers PC Grounds
Sunday 29th March 2026
8:00am to 1:00pm

Total running time: 8:00am to 1:00pm please ensure you are available to commit for the whole time, ALL participants are expected to help set up and pack away.
Gates Open: 7.30am
Time: Arrive Before 8:00am park and unload
Set up: from 8:00am, ALL participants are expected to help set up even if they are travelling from further away.
Sign in table opens: 8:00am
Morning Briefing: 9:00am Vice President’s Welcome and rider briefing. Tall Timbers Grounds etiquette and rules will be explained. Located in front of the Club House.
DISCLAIMER: Depending on numbers of entries, timing and type of sessions may be adjusted.
Dressage Protocol: 9.30 to finish. Riders who entered this class will each get 20 minutes riding spot with Meagan Pratt in the dressage arena to ride their chosen ANWEL test and get some feedback. If time allows you may get to ride the test or ride part of it again.
Obstacles: The number of courses set up will depend on total rider numbers, the plan is to allow riders open access to course/s and then time slots for members to ride the entire course (those not doing the dressage protocol will get priority over those who are doing the dressage).
Only for emergency reasons can participants leave before packing up.
Pack up and Lunch 1:00pm finish. All obstacles in top paddock and arena to be packed away.
**ALL PARTICIPANTS TO ASSIST**
Sausage Sizzle Lunch, yummy sausage sandwich (vegetarian available) and home baked morning tea for $5- pp available after pack up - please pre order and pay for catering purposes.
Additional information:
Please don't enter if you have another commitment in the afternoon which you need to dash off too before packing up.
If participants need to leave before pack up – please inform committee member.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 2026
All events will be held in accordance with the current version at the time of writing of the Australian National Working Equitation Ltd (ANWEL) Rulebook (2026) and any subsequent amendments.
To enter you must be a financial member of H2H & ANWEL to enter.
Please ensure you are available to commit for the whole time, ALL participants are expected to help set up and pack away.
