Important Event Information

Welcome to the entry process for the Vaulting Queensland State Championships 2026

Please allow 24 hours for your information to be processed.  If you cannot find your horse or lunger from the drop down box, please email Lili at [email protected] or text 0410 381 949 with your horses EA Number and your lungers EA Number. 

Please be aware that there is no "default horse" to select.  You need to ensure you have confirmed the horse and lunger you will be competing with, prior to entering the event. For Barrel Classes please select the Horse and Lunger combination called 'Barrel - Barrel Event'.

 

IF YOU REQUIRE STABLING AND CAMPING:

Stabling (All stabling will be organised through Karen)

  • Overnight stables and yards are available.

 

Camping and Accommodation:

  • Powered and non-powered camping sites available.
  • Bathroom facilities available.

Music: must be in MP3 formatand UPLOADED by close of entries 21 June via Dropbox link:

Naming of music file to follow convention:

Individual Classes:Class Number, Class Type (Compulsories/Freestyle), First name, Surname

eg. 10, Freestyle, John Smith  or eg. 10 Compulsories, John Smith 

Pas de deux classes: Class Number, Class Type both first and surnames. eg. 11, Preliminary pas de deux, John Smith and Amy Brown.

Squad Classes: Class Number, Class Type,  Club. eg.12. Preliminary Squad, Vaulting Star Club.

Run In Music:Club Run In. eg Vaulting Star Club Run In
