• All competitors are required to be members of Huon Hoofbeats. 
• • Day Membership              $10
  • Full Membership               $70

• Membership is based on the financial year.   
• Entry Fee: $10 per test
• Entry fees are based on a horse/rider combination. A horse may only be entered in a maximum of 3 dressage tests.
• This is a Qualifier Event for the Holdfast Stud Perpetual Best Performed Thoroughbred Trophy and the Cheval Equitation High-Point Performance Horse Trophy.  These trophies are open to all Full Huon Hoofbeats Members.  Nomination forms are available from the Event Secretary
• Riders must wear a tagged (yellow tag) Equestrian Australia approved helmet with the chin strap fastened at all times.  Footwear must be safe and appropriate.  Dress should be clean, neat and safe, no jackets required.
• Horses are required to be saddled and bridled when being ridden, approved bitless bridles acceptable.
• Any horse not under proper control can be ordered from the ground.
• No cruelty to horse/s or abusive language will be tolerated
• Dress – clean, neat and safe, no jackets required. Costumes encouraged for freestyle tests.
• Riders under 16 years old must be supervised by a parent or guardian. Children are to be supervised at all times
• Photos may be taken throughout the day for the Huon Hoofbeats website, newsletter or Facebook page.  If you object to having your picture taken then please inform the photographer or a Club Official.
• The organising committee has the right to alter, omit or add to the advertised programme classes, any classes without sufficient entries will be omitted.
• This event is run entirely by volunteers, please help out wherever you can. Many hands make light work!
