The club has a proud history since being formed in 1969.  It moved to its present grounds in 1979 and with much hard work and dedication has developed the original 9.5 hectares and the adjoining 5.8 hectares leased from the Logan City Council into a venue for all types of horse events, including an outstanding cross country course.  The club has a thirty year lease which is due for renewal in December 2009.Has been renewed for 5 years from 2010

 Park Ridge Pony Club is within Metropolitan Zone 1 and comes under the auspices of the State body, The Pony Club Association of Queensland (PCAQ).  The club has delegates regularly attending meetings of both organisations.

 The club conducts musters on the 4th Sunday of the month commencing at 9.30am on the grounds located at 117 Judith Street, Crestmead, Qld. 4125
