MASTER CLASSES INFORMATION

EquiFest 2017 is shaping up to be the biggest show of the year! Never before has such a show been undertaken! The draw card is the combinations of official dressage competitions with a big slant towards crowd pleasing entertainment and Australia’s top riders competing and sharing their knowledge and experience with fellow competitors.

So we have the best riders in Australia and those riders putting back into the sport by mentoring each dressage level with support and masterclasses.

Confirmed mentors are NSW State Squad riders and Australian Representatives Brett Parbery, Rozzie Ryan, Olympians Sue Hearn and Rachel Downs, Grand Prix riders and squad members Dave and Robbie Mackinnon, Alexis Hellyer and Elliot Patterson, Judy and Daniella Dierks, David Shoobridge, Mary Warren, Denise Rogan, Matthew Dowsley, Lizzie Wilson-Fellows, Rodney Martin and master of ceremonies judge, coach and Grand Prix rider Roger Fitzhardinge.

How will it work?

  • When entering on Nominate – you tick the box to say you are interested in taking park in the master classes.
  • There is no entry fee applicable
  • The top two competitors based on results at each championship level will automatically be invited, a further two names will be drawn out of the hat from all competitors, a further name will be drawn out of the hat who has nominated that they are an AOR competitor.
  • So, 5 x riders per level will be invited to take part in the masterclasses at each level.
  • Masterclasses will be conducted in the event Premier Dressage arena.
