Agistment
Fig Tree Pocket Equestrian Club
has approximately 30 acres of riverfront agistment divided into several
paddocks which hold up to 20 horses. Agistment is $30 per week
(paid quarterly) and is only available to full
Riding Members
of the Equestrian Club.
Agisting at the grounds provides you with unlimited
access to the facilities such as:
Full use of the arena including the show jumps,
dressage arenas, and all other equipment.
Free use
of the arena lights for night training
Access to the cross
country course
for training
Your own horse yard for feeding/tacking
A parking space for your horse float
Use of the wash bays and toilet block
Easy access to a list of
Professional Instructors
that frequently teach at the grounds
Organised veterinary visits for vaccinations and
dental services
In addition to these rider benefits, the horses have
access to large open paddocks with rolling hills, mango and guava trees
to eat, and sand pits for rolling in.
People wishing to agist their
horses at Fig Tree Pocket Equestrian Club should contact the
Agistment Manager
to find out availability of spaces, and familiarise themselves with the
FTPEC Agistment By-Laws.
