Conditions of Entry
1. The event will be held in accordance with the current EA dressage rules (as amended). All competitors please be familiar with rules as the organizing committee will make no exceptions.
2. An Equestrian Competition Hendra Biosecurity Checklist has been completed for this event. Any horse entered that has resided, visited or returned from an Endemic Region (as defined by EA Hendra Vaccination By-law annexure 3) must be Hendra Vaccinated and a Hendra Vaccination Certificate is to be presented for the entry to be valid. Please refer to www.equestrian.org.au for more information.
3. An EA disclaimer must be signed and submitted (via Nominate or email) or entry will not be accepted.
4. The organizing committee reserves the right to alter or amend the program or refuse entry.
5. Entries will close on 5th February at 5pm. However the organizing committee reserves the right to close classes when:
• Participation—class allocation is full, entries accepted on a first come first served basis.
• Competitive— if there is an oversubscription of entries for class allocation, a ballot system will be adopted.
6. The draw will be emailed by Thursday night prior to event.
7. Callers are not permitted
8. Arena surface is grass and warm-up arena is grass.
9. Please park in the permitted areas only - as indicated on the site plan located at the back of this program.
10. Canteen food will be available from 3.00pm.
11. As a condition of Waroona Town Oval hire please ensure you clean up manure and hay when you leave. Bags will be provided.
12. Ribbons will be awarded for 1st to 6th placegetters.
13. Rugs will be awarded to first place getters in Open Competitive and Participant. Pony Competitive first place getter will receive a voucher in lieu of a rug. Prize money will be awarded for 1st – 3rd placegetters.
14. DWA LEVIES HAVE INCREASED: 1 Test $8, 2 tests or more $12

16. As per the Australian Dressage Rules, a refund may only be made if documented proof (i.e. veterinary or medical certificate) is produced within 24 hours of the completion of the event to the event secretary. Where this is the case at least 50% of the entry fee will be refunded.
17. Neither the Organising Committee, Murray Riding Club Inc., to which these rules apply nor the EA accepts any liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, grounds, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever.
18. Entrants must adhere to the EA Codes of Conduct and follow the instructions of the ground marshall or OC at all times.
