Details and Conditions of Entry:
- Entries via www.nominate.com.au
- Entries close midnight (EST) on Friday 23 June or when entries are full. Entries may be limited.
- By forwarding an entry to Nominate, the Rider acknowledges acceptance and understanding of the Conditions of Entry to this Event;
- To be eligible to participate in this Event riders must be a current financial member of Equestrian Western Australia;
- This event is run in accordance with Equestrian Australia National Dressage Rules 01/01/2017. EA General Regulations rule 122.2 prescribes the current standards for protective headgear. It is the responsibility of the rider to ensure they are using a current standard safety helmet. http://www.equestrian.org.au/content/current-approved-safety-standards-helmets
- Jackets & plaiting not required & boots/bandages allowed. Coloured breeches, boots, saddlecloths etc allowed, however dress, saddlery and equipment should otherwise comply with the EA National Dressage Rules 01/01/2017.

- Duty of Care – It is the responsibility of the rider to promptly report unsafe or hazardous situations to the Event Organiser or attending Steward.
- Disclaimer of Liability – riders and other attendees participate in this Event at their own risk. Neither the Organising Committee of any competition to which these rules apply nor the EA accepts any liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, grounds, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever.
- NO CATERING will be available at this Event – please make your own arrangements for food and refreshments.
- Please contact the venue direct prior to the Event to book stabling or other accommodation.
- Withdrawals, scratchings and refunds – (1) Prior to the close of entries for the Competition, full refunds will be available on application direct to Nominate. (2) Once entries have closed – a 50% refund will be available on application direct to the Event Organiser, (less 10% administration fee) if accompanied by a supporting medical or veterinary certificate. No applications for a refund will be accepted later than 24 hours from the completion of the Event.

14. All competitors will be required to carry out an unpaid helper duty on either the Thursday Training Day or Friday Event. If you are entered on one day you will be required to help for approximately 1 hour. If you are entered on two days you will be required to help for approx. 2 hours. Helper duties may be undertaken on either day (ie if you are riding on Thursday you may carry out your helper duty on Friday or vice versa.)

JUDGE PROTOCOL (training test with feedback – 24 mins) $60.00
DDF CONTRIBUTION per rider per day $ 8.00
SEC FACILITY LEVY per horse per day $ 5.00
