Helper Jobs

Helper jobs are allocated to each club entering the ARCA challenge.

An email of times will be sent to your club prior to the competition. It is your club’s responsibility to organise your members to fill these timeslots, ensuring they do not clash with draw times. GAEC cannot guarantee that spots will not align with some rider times, so you may wish to request none riding members come along and fill the helper duties!

If each job is not completed by your club as allocated, the club will forfeit points towards Highpoint and Handicap trophies and the club will not be eligible for any prizes.
