Cancellation Policy and Housekeeping

No Refunds two weeks prior to the event. If you cannot attend the event, it will be up to you to find your own replacement using facebook or other means.  You muat book extra meals for friends and family when you book in on nominate as there are limited places for extra meals.

All wet weather news will be on facebook or by email.

No dogs allowed without a leash.

About thr Event

This is our 8th year of Spring in the Vines!

Join Jess Rae and Belinda Bailey for an action packed day of showjumping and eventing while enjoying a gourmet lunch and wine tasting. Bring your non-rider friends and family to watch the action,enjoy lunch and a spot of photography. This clinic caters for riders from 45cm-1.05 on Saturday. This is a great clinic to bring a new horse,gain confidence, sharpen your skills and train for an upcoming event. 


On arrival, register at the clubhouse. Make sure you get your wristband and food tickets when you register. There will be a fire,hot coffee and baked goods. Tack up at least 15 minutes before your class. There are warm up areas in the showjumping and cross country area. Do not jump anything until the instructor arrives.


On Saturday,each rider will receive 2 hours of showjumping training  and 2 hours of cross country training  and a gourmet lunch w/wine.

On Sunday,each rider will receive 2 hours of showjumping training  and 2 hours of cross country training  and a gourmet lunch w/wine.

You will need to book yards and camping, There are limited yards,stables and paddocks available and will be on a first come,first serve basis. You can bring your own yards.

You will need to book extra meals for non-riding guests.

Other Overnight Stay Options 

Option 1:We have two (only) luxury tents available under options in nominate. These are large tents witth 2 comfortable beds and all bedding. These are located near the clubhouse with ammenities and the horse yards, Comfy stay.

Option 2: We have one luxury cottage that sleeps 6. For the group that books this cottage, they will also have access to large paddock for horses in the cottage paddock. Get 6 people together for an amazing weekend. Just book your riding class and the cottage under options and have the rest of the group book their own riding classes.


If you arrive on Friday night, there is a pub for dinner about 10 minutes away with live music.

Lunch on Saturday snd Sunday are large. There are vegetarian and fruit options and plenty of gluten free options, although there are no specific vegan options.

If you camp Saturday and want to join us for a BBQ and campfire, you need to book in when you enter. The Trading Post is also open, 10 minutes down the road,

Sunday morning, there will be hot coffee,tea and baked goods in the clubhouse. You should bring breakfast snacks and lunch will be large.Abouot the 


About the Coaches

Jessica Rae

Jessica has too many accolades to list, the most recent include placings at Adelaide 2019 with 2 of her horses that she trained. She is also on the High Performance eventing team for NSW. Jess is a favourite at Fernances Creek and has schooled many riders at our events over the last 5 years. We are please to have her back again.

Belinda Bailey

We are very please to have secured Belinda Bailey as one of our coaches at Jump in the Vines.

Belinda is an accomplised three star rider, Level 2 Eventing Specialist Coach Educator and host to Wingham cross country at Bellview Park for many years. Belinda also breeds and trains warmblood performance horses.

Belinda is a senior coach educator at Tafe and is a skilled trainer for all levels of riders and horses. She is sought after coach and is sure to impart new skills and knowledge to riders at this clinic.
